We provide tenant vetting by checking their affordability,employment and residency status and references for their suitability as a tenant. Euroicon property management  services provide customised design solutions for refurbishment which follows the trend to the preference of the tenants which are yet cost effective to the landlords. We provide free market appraisals to landlord’s to ensure that we can secure the best possible rent as per the current market trends. We operate a rent guarantee option for our local, international landlords. Inventory checks and property inspection are within the letting services to our landlords.
